ASPEK STRATEGIS PEMBELAJARAN<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sesuai dengan Visi, Misi dan Tujuan maka strategi pengajaran diarahkan membangun enterpreneur yang berbasis IPTEK menjadikan lulusan yang kreatif, inovatif, adaptif, ber soft-skill, dan link&amp;match dengan kebutuhan pembangunan<\/li>\n<li>Membangun kerja sama menjadi super team (bukan superman) yang mampu berkolaborasi vertikal dan horizontal membangun sinergi lintas bidang ilmu.<\/li>\n<li>Menjadikan mandiri yang didukung kapabilitas bersama untuk menghantarkan pada kemakmuran bagi semua.<\/li>\n<li>Mengembangkan IPTEK berorientasi praktis yang segera memberi manfaat pada mereka dan masyarakat setempat.<\/li>\n<li>Mengikut sertakan masyarakat dan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya lokal dalam kegiatan ekonomi.<\/li>\n<li>Menempatkan kelompok dosen sebagai mitra bagi kelompok mahasiswa pada kegiatan kurikuler, kokurikuler dan ekstra kurikuler<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2. PENDEKATAN PENGAJARAN<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Kurikuler : hard &amp; soft skill<\/li>\n<li>Kokurikuler<\/li>\n<li>Ekstrakurikuler<\/li>\n<li>Bimbingan dan Kemitraan<\/li>\n<li>Studium General<\/li>\n<li>Magang<\/li>\n<li>Praktek Lapang<\/li>\n<li>Organisasi Mahasiswa (intra dan ekstra)<\/li>\n<li>Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3. PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBINAAN KURIKULUM<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Kurikulum :<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Kuliah dan praktikum<\/li>\n<li>Tugas individu<\/li>\n<li>Tugas Kelompok<\/li>\n<li>Praktek lapang atau industri<\/li>\n<li>Tugas akhir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Ko-kurikulum :<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Studium general<\/li>\n<li>Kunjungan bisnis, industri<\/li>\n<li>Inernship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Ekstra Kurikulum:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Konseling dalam kelompok level universitas dan fakultas<\/li>\n<li>Olah raga , Seni dan Humaniora lain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>4. KONSELOR DAN MITRA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mahasiswa dibagi dalam grup konselor @ 10 orang (40 % mahasiswa cerdas, 40 % menengah dan 20 % mahasiswa pas lulus).<\/li>\n<li>Dosen sebagai konselor pada tingkat universitas, fakultas dan atau prodi dibagi habis sesuai kelompok mahasiswa.<\/li>\n<li>Kelompok mahasiswa semester 1 dan 2 level universitas.<\/li>\n<li>Kelompok mahasiswa semester 3 dan 4 level fakultas.<\/li>\n<li>Kelompok mahasiswa semester 5,6,7, dan 8 berdasarkan tugas akhir dan proyek dibimbing oleh Dosen Pembimbing Akademik sesuai bidangnya.<\/li>\n<li>Kelompok mahasiswa bermitra dengan kelompok dosen untuk mencapai tujuan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>5. TRANSFER DALAM KELOMPOK KONSELING<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mahasiswa pandai dengan nilai akademik tinggi biasanya kurang bersosialisasi, tidak gaul.<\/li>\n<li>Mahasiswa sedang-sedang secara akademik, biasanya pada golongan tengah.<\/li>\n<li>Mahasiswa kurang pandai dengan nilai akademik pas lulus, sering tertinggal secara akademik, banyak gaul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Transfer dan Transformasi :<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Mahasiswa Cerdas (Pandai)\u00a0 &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; Pandai + Gaul<\/li>\n<li>Mahasiswa Menengah \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; Pandai + Gaul (Gaul + Pandai)<\/li>\n<li>Mahasiswa Pas Lulus \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; Gaul + Pandai<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row type=&#8221;container&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text] 1.
