Salah satu penerima Hibah <strong><em>Toray Science Foundation<\/em><\/strong>, <strong>Jepang<\/strong> Tahun 2016. Lahir di Jambi, 17 Maret 1986. Ia mendapatkan gelar Sarjana Teknologi Pertanian (S.TP) dari Universita Jambi tahun 2008 dan gelar Master of Science di Bidang Ilmu Pangan dari Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) tahun 2011. Merupakan pemenang hibah riset dari Kementrian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (<strong>RISTEKDIKTI<\/strong>) selama 3 tahun berturut-turut (2017-2019). Pada tahun 2018-2019 menjadi <strong>Project Leader<\/strong> dalam skema Penelitian Kerjasama Antar Perguruan Tinggi (PKPT) yang bekerjasama dengan IPB. Beliau aktif dalam kegiatan temu ilmiah sebagai pemakalah oral seperti pada Conference on Agri-entrepreneurship di <em>Universiti Putra Malaysia<\/em> (UPM) (2015), International Seminar on Science, <em>IPB Convention Centre<\/em> (2016), International Seminar on Biotechnology di <em>Universitas Gadjah Mada<\/em> (2017), International Seminar on Pharmaceutical Science and Technology di <em>Universitas Padjajaran<\/em> (2018) dan 19<sup>th<\/sup> Indonesian Scholar International Convention di <em>University of Nottingham, Nottingham, United Kingdom<\/em> (2019). Pada tahun 2018 menjadi delegasi dalam kegiatan Wokshop <em>Asian Productivity Organisation<\/em> (APO) tentang Food Quality and Food Safety in Modern Food Production Systems, <em>Bangkok, 28 Mei \u2013 1 Juni, Thailand.<\/em> Beliau juga aktif menulis buku dan publikasi pada jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi seperti Jurnal Agritech dan Indonesian Journal of Biotechnology Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Jurnal Aplikasi Teknologi Pangan, Universitas Diponegoro, International Journal of Advanced Science, Engineering and Information Technology (Q2 Scopus), Journal of Immunoassay and Immunochemistry (Q3 Scopus) dari Taylor &amp; Francis Publisher dan Junal Biointerface Research in Applied Chemistry (Q4 Scopus). Buku beliau yang telah dipublikasikan yakni Prinsip Analisis Komponen Pangan: Makro dan Mikro Nutrien dari Deepublish (2018) dan Dasar Pengatahuan Bahan Pangan (2018).
