{"id":79342,"date":"2021-08-30T11:09:22","date_gmt":"2021-08-30T04:09:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trilogi.ac.id\/universitas\/?p=79342"},"modified":"2026-02-02T23:24:55","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T16:24:55","slug":"mahasiswa-itp-universitas-trilogi-buat-roti-karkus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trilogi.ac.id\/stekpi\/2021\/08\/30\/mahasiswa-itp-universitas-trilogi-buat-roti-karkus\/","title":{"rendered":"Mahasiswa ITP Universitas Trilogi Buat Roti KarKus"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"title\">Mahasiswa ITP Universitas Trilogi Buat Roti KarKus<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta &#8211; Meskipun masih berstatus mahasiswa, Program Studi Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan (ITP) Universitas Trilog, Rizky Muhammad Adi Perdana, berhasil meraih kemandirian finansial tanpa harus menunggu wisuda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Berawal ikut Pusat Pengembangan Kapasitas Wirausaha Bioindustri (PPKWB)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rm.id\/tags\/75979\/universitas-trilogi\"><strong>Universitas Trilogi<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rm.id\/tags\/2790\/mahasiswa\"><strong>Mahasiswa<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0ITP Universitas Trilogi angkatan 2017 ini dengan percaya diri melahirkan produk \u2018Roti KarKus\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRoti KarKus, bukan hanya sekedar inovasi sebuah produk. Tetapi kita tetap menjaga keamanan dan mutu gizinya. Sehingga ketika produk ini dijadikan menu sampingan, kandungan isinya tetap dalam batas yang ditentukan. Selain itu, tentu inovasi yang dilakukan tidak terlepas untuk menggugah selera para penikmat roti bakar, sehingga mereka mempunyai banyak pilihan,\u201djelas Rizky Muhammad Adi Perdana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, Melalui pendampingan tim PPKWB, produk Roti KarKus akhirnya berhasil didanai oleh program PPK Simlitabmas Kemendikbud \u2013 Ristek. Dengan pendanaan yang didapati, kini Roti Karkus sudah memiliki dua cabang penjualan yakni di Jakarta dan Bekasi. Pembukaan cabang penjualan ini tentunya memberikan efek meningkatkan omset yang diraih.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKe depan, cita-cita kita tentunya selain terus mengembangkan inovasi untuk produk baru. Tentu juga bisa kembali membuka cabang untuk beberapa daerah. Sehingga produk Roti KarKus bisa semakin dinikmati oleh banyak orang,\u201d harap Rizky.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-79343\" src=\"https:\/\/trilogi.ac.id\/universitas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/rahasia-sukses-mahasiswa-itp-universitas-trilogi-buat-roti-karkus_88778-300x156.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"156\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ketua Program PPKWB Universitas Trilogi, Maulidian, mengungkapkan sangat bersyukur sekali melihat keberhasilan dan pencapaian dari tenant yang mereka bina. Bahkan diantaranya sudah mulai bergerak melakukan berbagai inovasi, baik dari segi produk maupun pemasarannya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita sangat senang dan bersyukur sekali. Memang dari awal mereka dibimbing, selain diberikan uang pembinaan, kita juga terus melakukan pendampingan secara berkala dan terus mendorong mereka untuk terus tumbuh dan berinovasi,\u201d jelas pengusaha muda yang juga dosen Agribisnis Universitas Trilogi ini.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Ketua Program Studi ITP, Hermawan Seftiono, sangat mengapresiasi semangat para mahasiswanya yang tidak hanya menguatkan kompetensi akademik, tetapi juga bisa menciptakan kemandirian baik untuk dirinya maupun ke yang lain. Sesuai dengan tagline kampus Universitas Trilogi sendiri, yang diantaranya adalah menciptakan kemandirian.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMelalui PPKWB, para mahasiswa memang didorong untuk bisa berpikir mandiri, untuk kemudian berusaha menjadi pribadi mandiri, selanjutnya kemandirian yang diraihnya bisa memberikan efek sosial bagi masyarakat sekitar. Tentu ini semua melalui proses panjang, mulai dari mentoring, evaluasi sampai pada pemberian fasilitas dan pengembangan dalam bentuk dana usaha,\u201d jelas pakar pangan ini.
