Tercatat sebanyak 16 nama pejabat ikut dalam penyegaran organisasi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRotasi jabatan dalam organisasi merupakan langkah mendapatkan kembali formulasi yang tepat untuk mendorong kinerja organisasi,\u201d tegas Rektor Untri, Prof. Pramono Hari Adi saat memberikan arahan dalam Pelantikan Pejabat Struktural di kampus Untri, Jakarta, Kamis (19\/1\/20230).<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-80465 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/trilogi.ac.id\/universitas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/DSCF1738-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trilogi.ac.id\/stekpi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/DSCF1738-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/trilogi.ac.id\/stekpi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/DSCF1738-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/trilogi.ac.id\/stekpi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/DSCF1738-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya rotasi jabatan menjadi tuntutan organisasi dimana pun. Pada level manapun dan dalam situasi apapun. Rotasi jabatan sebagai ritme organisasi yang tidak bisa dihindari.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Untuk itulah, Rektor meminta semua proses rotasi tidak dimaknai sebagai penilaian subjektif. Karena rotasi jabatan memiliki orientasi organisasi. Dengan demikian hindari pandangan negative terhadap agenda rotasi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPenyegaran ini tentu bertujuan mempercepat kinerja organiasi. Makanya bagi pejabat yang baru mendapatkan posisi, harus menunjukan kinerja terbaiknya. Begitu pula yang lain,\u201d pungkasnya.
