Author Guidelines
Manuscript Preparation
1. Length of Paper
The length of the paper should not exceed 20 pages. Paper containing more than 20 pages words will be returned to the author(s) to abridge. Articles should be typed in 1.5-space on one side of the paper only (preferably A4) with wide margins. Authors are urged to write as concisely as possible, but not at the expense of clarity.
2. Title Page
The title of the manuscript must be in Indonesia and English
Title page is a separated page before the text. It should include the following information:
Title:
Title should be concise and informative. Try to avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
Author’s Names and Affiliations:
Please indicate the given name and family name clearly. Present the authors' affiliation addresses (where the actual work was done) below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country name, and, if available, the e-mail address of each author.
Corresponding Author:
Clearly indicate who is willing to handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing, publication and also post-publication. Ensure that telephone numbers (with country and area code) are provided in addition to the e-mail address and the complete postal address.
Sponsoring Information:
If the research is sponsored or supported by an organization, please indicate it.
3. Abstract
A concise and factual abstract is required (maximum length of 200-250 words).
The abstract consists of two languages either in Indonesia and English, and also should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separate from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. References should therefore be avoided, but if essential, they must be cited in full, without reference to the reference list.
4. Keywords
Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 5 keywords, avoiding general and plural terms and multiple concepts (avoid, for example, 'and', 'of').
5. Body of Text
Introduction (Times New Roman 12, Bold)
State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results. Explain how you addressed the problem and clearly state the aims of your study. (Times New Roman 12, 1.5 space, spacing before and after 0).

State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results. A Theory section should extend, not repeat, the background to the article already dealt with in the Introduction and lays the foundation for further work. a Calculation section represents a practical development from a theoretical basis. To set the style, type Equation in the style box. But this style only set the tab stop position. To put the equation on the right place just press tab button one time. And to type the equation number, press tab button once again from the right side of the equation.

Results dan Discussions (Times New Roman 12, Bold)
Results should be clear and concise. Discussions should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature. (Times New Roman 12, 1.5 space, spacing before and after 0).
Implications (Times New Roman 12, Bold)
This section should highlight the implications of the research for the management of either the profit or not-for-profit organization; and This section describes the implications or contributions of the research to the existing literature. Limitations of the research should also be explained here. It should be followed by suggestion or recommendation for further research. (Times New Roman 12, 1.5 space, spacing before and after 0).
Conclusion (Times New Roman 12, Bold)
The main conclusions of the study may be presented in a short Conclusions section, which may stand alone or form a subsection of a Discussion or Results and Discussion section. The conclusion section should lead the reader to important matters of the paper. (Times New Roman 12, 1.5 space, spacing before and after 0).

6. Table and Figures
Present tables and figures at the end of the article or in line with text.
