ANALISIS PEMBELAJARAN MUSIK DAN GERAK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERKEMBANGAN FISIK MOTORIK ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran musik dan gerak dalam meningkatkan perkembangan fisik motorik anak usia dini, khususnya usia 5-6 tahun. Seiring dengan pentingnya perkembangan motorik pada masa kanak-kanak, aktivitas musik dan gerak menjadi pendekatan yang potensial dalam mendukung keterampilan motorik halus dan kasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain pre-test dan post-test pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Melalui observasi langsung dan analisis kuantitatif, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran tentang pengaruh aktivitas musik dan gerak dalam pembelajaran pada peningkatan kemampuan motorik anak. Temuan penelitian ini memiliki beberapa implikasi penting. Pertama, bagi pendidik, hasil ini mendorong penerapan aktivitas musik dan gerak secara terstruktur sebagai metode untuk mendukung perkembangan motorik anak. Integrasi kegiatan ini dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari dapat membantu anak mengasah koordinasi motorik kasar dan halus, yang penting bagi keterampilan fisik dan kesiapan akademik. Kedua, bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan anak usia dini, penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya memasukkan elemen musik dan gerak sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran holistik yang tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan fisik tetapi juga berpotensi mendukung aspek kognitif dan sosial-emosional anak.
