Urgensi Body boundaries sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Kekerasan Seksual Anak Usia Dini: Analisis Literatur dan Kebijakan

Abstract


Penelitian ini merupakan kajian literatur dan analisis kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis peran pendidikan body boundaries sebagai strategi pencegahan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak usia dini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode analisis tematik, penelitian ini mengkaji 15 jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan, serta dokumen kebijakan dari lembaga pemerintah dan organisasi internasional. Fokus kajian mencakup lima aspek utama: pendidikan body boundaries dalam PAUD, strategi pengajaran yang efektif, peran body boundaries dalam perlindungan anak, keterlibatan guru, serta kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan body boundaries secara signifikan meningkatkan kesadaran anak terhadap hak atas tubuh dan kemampuan melindungi diri dari situasi berisiko. Efektivitas pendidikan ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelatihan guru, eksplisitnya kurikulum, dan keterlibatan aktif orang tua. Namun, tantangan seperti minimnya pelatihan profesional, sensitivitas budaya terhadap isu seksual, dan belum adanya kebijakan nasional yang mendukung menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi pendidikan body boundaries dalam kurikulum PAUD nasional serta penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan pemerintah sebagai upaya perlindungan anak yang holistik dan berkelanjutan.
