Stimulasi Perkembangan Sosial-Emosional Anak Usia Dini melalui Intervensi Bermain Terstruktur: Sebuah Studi Kuasi-Eksperimen

Abstract


Perkembangan sosial-emosional yang optimal pada masa prasekolah merupakan fondasi esensial bagi keberhasilan akademik dan penyesuaian diri anak di tahap selanjutnya. Penelitian ini menguji efektivitas sebuah intervensi berbasis bermain terstruktur yang dinamai "Bermain Sinergi" dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sosial-emosional anak usia 4-6 tahun di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen, 60 anak dari dua taman kanak-kanak di Kota Klaten dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (n = 30) yang mengikuti program selama 8 minggu dan kelompok kontrol (n = 30) yang menjalani kurikulum biasa. Data dikumpulkan melalui adaptasi instrumen Social Competence and Behavior Evaluation (SCBE-30) dan observasi partisipan, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji-t sampel independen dan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan peningkatan yang signifikan secara statistik pada kelompok eksperimen, dengan ukuran efek besar di aspek regulasi emosi (d = 0,85), kerja sama (d = 0,72), dan keterampilan sosial (d = 0,68). Observasi kualitatif mendokumentasikan peningkatan inisiatif kolaboratif, empati, serta kemampuan menyelesaikan konflik secara mandiri. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bermain yang dirancang secara sistematis, dipandu dengan prinsip scaffolding dan emotion coaching, merupakan pendekatan pedagogis yang kontekstual dan efektif.
